    Exactly and that’s what I think a lot of people unknowingly struggle with.

    (Sometimes myself included) Focus their emotion and thought too heavily on the things they don’t have.

    When all this does is creates desperation and resistance, thus attracting more desperation and resistance.

    I think the key is to be aware of these negative thoughts, we all have them, but practice focusing your emotions on what you do want instead.
